While we understand that circumstances happen that may prevent your event from taking place we do require a full 48 hours cancellation notice in order not to be liable for food, staff or rental charges. This includes poor weather conditions or other “acts of God”.
If you foresee the cancellation of your event please contact us immediately and see the details below for our current policy as of 1/8/2018:
-48 full hours is required to cancel your party without a penalty.
-less than 48 hours notice… you will be charged the 4 hour minimum for each staff person,the total bill for any rentals you may have and your total food bill for what have been purchased up to that point.
-less than 24 hours notice… you will be charged 4 hour minimum for each staff person ,the total rental bill and food bill.
